Poonawalla Fincorp allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 250 cr As on : 16-Jul-26 14:24
Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 25,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/- amounting to Rs 250 crore through private placement on 16 July 2026.
