Sterling and Wilson Solar Australia commences arbitration proceedings against Shell As on : 15-Jul-26 14:05
Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy announced that Sterling and Wilson Solar Australia (SWSAPL), a material subsidiary (step down) of the Company, has commenced arbitration proceedings by filing a Request for Arbitration against Shell New Energies Australia (Shell) under the London Court of International Arbitration Rules 2020 (LCIA Rules) on 14 July 2026.
