Infosys allots 31,656 equity shares under ESOP As on : 06-Apr-26  11:14

Infosys has allotted 31,656 equity shares under ESOP on 05 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,27,81,16,895/- divided into 4,05,56,23,379 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
