Vikran Engineering Limited will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider a modification to a resolution previously approved on May 22, 2026, regarding enhancement of the company’s overall borrowing limits up to Rs 1,500 crore. The board will also consider the terms and conditions for the issuance of debt securities up to Rs 1,000 crore, alteration in Articles of Association, and the appointment of a Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
