Axis Bank increases paid-up share capital by allotting 68,291 equity shares As on : 16-Sep-2026

Axis Bank Limited announced on September 16, 2026, that it has allotted 68,291 equity shares of Rs 2 each, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,226,852,272 to Rs 6,226,988,854.</p>
