Board of Shriram Pistons & Rings recommends interim dividend As on : 03-Feb-2026

Shriram Pistons & Rings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 February 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 50 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
