Dr. Lal PathLabs’ board approved equity share allotment under its 2022 Employee Stock Option Plan As on : 06-Aug-2026

Dr. Lal PathLabs announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 2,11,050 equity shares under the Dr. Lal PathLabs Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 on August 06, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital to INR 1,67,84,88,200 divided into 16,78,48,820 equity shares.
