Sonata Software grants stock options to employees via a Trust committee approval As on : 06-Aug-2026

Sonata Software Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 203,333 stock options through a Trust to eligible employees under the Sonata Employee Stock Option Plan 2013 on August 6, 2026.
