Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited has received an order under Section 271DA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, dated September 29, 2026, and received on September 30, 2026, from the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle - 15, New Delhi, alleging a violation of Section 269ST related to a receipt of Rs 20.92 lakh during the financial year 2017-18. The company stated it is evaluating the order and believes it has grounds to challenge it, and that the order is not expected to have a significant adverse impact on its financial position, operations, or other activities.
