The project, involving the mining of stone blocks, has a minable reserve of 4,19,300 cum per year and 20,96,500 cum over five years, with an annual consideration of Rs 28.82 crore, increasing by 20% each year, resulting in a total cumulative value of Rs 214.52 crore (excluding GST and other taxes). The company confirmed that neither promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
