CWD Limited has received a purchase order valued at approximately Rs 88 crores from India Post Payments Bank to supply 5,29,500 payment soundboxes and integrate them with a proprietary digital payment platform, potentially expanding to up to ~33 lakh devices over the next three years. The contract, awarded under standard GeM tender conditions, includes a three-year Service & Maintenance (S&M) agreement and will see hardware deployment targeted over six months, with production taking place at CWD’s Mysore manufacturing facility. The order represents a significant opportunity for CWD Limited to support financial inclusion initiatives and generate recurring revenue through software, platform, and maintenance services.
