Share India Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that a Board of Directors meeting initially scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026, has been rescheduled to Monday, September 21, 2026, in continuation of a prior intimation dated September 15, 2026.
