Hittco Tools Limited informed the BSE Limited that the meeting of its Board of Directors, previously scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026, and subsequently postponed to September 18, 2026, has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, according to a regulatory filing dated September 16, 2026.
