Vivanta Industries Limited has informed the BSE Limited that the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and for entitlement to attend the AGM, is Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with a book closure from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive.
