ARCL Organics Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Daga as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 16, 2026, to comply with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
