Mphasis Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the allotment of 64,800 equity shares following the exercise of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under Employee Stock Options Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016), with the Mphasis Employees Equity Reward Trust set to deduct shares to cover exercise prices and applicable taxes, utilizing the proceeds to repay loans from the company.
