SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited will hold a board meeting on September 18, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds by issuing equity shares and convertible warrants through a preferential issue, and to approve the issuance of securities pursuant to the merger of Sri Adhikari Brothers Digital Network Private Limited, whereby shareholders of the Transferor Company will receive 436 equity shares of the Company for every 100 equity shares held.
