ICICI Lombard General Insurance allotted shares under employee stock schemes on September 15, 2026 As on : 15-Sep-26 18:45
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 5,481 equity shares of Rs 10 each on September 15, 2026, comprising 2,961 shares under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 and 2,520 shares under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme - 2023, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
