Virat Industries Limited officially changes name to Brahm Virat Industries Corporation Limited As on : 15-Sep-26 18:43
Brahm Virat Industries Corporation Limited, formerly known as Virat Industries Limited, announced that the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has approved the change of its name to Brahm Virat Industries Corporation Limited, effective September 15, 2026. The company disclosed the change in a filing to the BSE Limited on September 15, 2026, following prior member approval on August 6, 2026.
