S H Kelkar and Company Limited (SHK) announced the passing of its Chairman, Mr. Ramesh Vinayak Vaze, aged 85, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Mr. Vaze, a Master Perfumer and long-time director, played a key role in shaping SHK into India’s largest India-origin fragrance and flavour company, with a global footprint, and had been a member of the Company’s Board since 1981.
