Jainco Projects’ insolvency case before NCLT, Kolkata, has been withdrawn, order pending As on : 15-Sep-26 17:41
Jainco Projects (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. on September 15, 2026, that a case filed against the company under section 7 for initiation of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) before NCLT, Kolkata, has been withdrawn, with a final order still pending.
