String Metaverse Limited, formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited, will hold a board meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, to consider and approve a fundraising through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities, including convertible securities, by way of preferential issue and/or private placement, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder approval where required.
