Baron Infotech receives three-month AGM extension from Telangana’s Registrar of Companies As on : 14-Sep-26 13:02
Baron Infotech Limited informed the BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, has approved an extension of three months for holding the Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2025-26, extending the deadline up to December 29, 2026, as part of the company’s Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
