Elitecon International Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. Trading in the company's securities will be closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
