CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited informed the BSE Limited that the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of a final dividend is Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as announced previously on September 7, 2026, in connection with the company's 14th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026.
