Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 1,50,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to promoter Mr. Prakash Kacholia, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The allotment, made on September 9, 2026, increased the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital from Rs 27,67,55,800 divided into 2,76,75,580 equity shares to Rs 27,82,55,800 divided into 2,78,25,580 equity shares. Mr. Kacholia’s shareholding now stands at 54,00,000 equity shares, representing 19.41% of the company.
