Brigade Enterprises board approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 1,500 cr As on : 15-Jul-26 19:37
The board of Brigade Enterprises at its meeting held on 15 July 2026 has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis in one or more tranches for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 1500 crore.
