Balaji Telefilms has allotted 2,75,000 equity shares under ESOP on 02 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 23,99,69,688/- comprising of 119984844 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up.
