HDFC Bank allots 27.32 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 27,32,374 equity shares under ESOS on 27 November 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,38,25,10,606 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
