India Shelter Finance Corporation has allotted 15,000 rated, listed, secured, redeemable, Indian rupee denominated, and 7.85% interest bearing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 150 crore on private placement basis.
