| Initial public offering of up to 60,22,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Gallant Sports & Infra Limited ("gsil" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. The issue includes a reservation of up to 3,02,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
