| Initial public offer of up to 61,71,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Indo SMC Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of Rs. 141-Rs. 149 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 131-Rs. 139 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 87.01-Rs. 91.95 crores (the "Issue") of which 3,09,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 4.36-Rs. 4.60 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 58,62,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 141-Rs. 149 per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 82.65-Rs. 87.34 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.65% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 14.10 times of the face value and the cap price is 14.90 times of the face value of the equity shares.
