| Initial public issue of 28,90,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Rajnandini Fashion India Limited ("the Company" or "RFIL" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. 63 per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs.18.21 Crores ("Public Issue") out of which 1,46,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 63 per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs. 0.92 Crores was reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 27,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 63 per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs. 17.29 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 27.87% and 26.46% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 6.3 times of the face value of the equity shares.
