| Initial public offering of up to 29,186,045 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 43 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 41 per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to
Rs. 125.5 Crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 21,511,627 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating up to Rs. 92.5 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 7,674,418 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating up to Rs. 33 Crores by Vridaa Holding Trust ("the Promoter Selling Shareholder") ("Offer for Sale").
