| Initial public offering of up to 16,800,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each ("Equity Shares") of Srit India Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 130 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 125 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 218.4 Crores ("Issue") comprising a fresh issue of up to 16,800,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs. 218.4 Crores ("Fresh Issue").
